How do I report a problem, or contact support?
Within our client management console you can:
· Place a job ticket.
· View ticket status.
· Add comments to job.
The above screenshot shows the ticket management screen from our client control panel, by placing a ticket (which is just like an email to our service dep't), you get the most immediate response.
